MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Responsibilities

•    To ensure machine and equipment in factory is in good condition.
•    To ensure breakdown machine and equipment repair on timely.
•    To ensure power station is in the good condition.
•    To ensure spare parts in store is in original parts and completed.
•    To install and modification machine.
•    To ensure fire fighting system is in order.
•    Investigate and take corrective action to overcome technical problems.
•    Ensure technical specifications are complied with, eg. TNB, Machinery Department, JBA and Fire Fighting.
•    Maintaining and improving company Quality Management System (ISO 9002) and conduct company internal quality audits with a team of internal auditors.
•    Motivating, counseling and training subordinates to obtain high quality work skills to meet daily operation requirements and to satisfy budgeted levels.
•    Liaise with internal and external supplier for any preventive and breakdown maintenance service.
•    Responsible for approving subordinates matters such as leave application, issuing purchasing requisition notes for purchasing consumable goods, approving consumable stock request (from store), checking and auditing department-costing report.
•    Maintaining good housekeeping and promoting safety awareness in the shop floor.
•    To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.

Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Diploma / Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience in manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
  • Good analytical & leadership
  • Knowledge in PLC / hydraulic system is an added advantage
SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities

 

  • To assist in promotion and coordination during participation in exhibition.
  • Act as an auditor on the implementation of ISO for the company.
  • To develop new customers.
  • To handle inquiries and complaints from customers.
  • To ensure outstanding debts to be collected within stipulated terms.
  • To do field visits.
  • To gather market information & competitor activities.
  • To assist the department to achieve the sales target.
  • To provide good service to customers.
  • Monitor customer orders with Planning Department to ensure orders are completed within stipulated dateline and to arrange final delivery with client and Administration Executive.
  • Confirm with Moulding department for completion of new die samples.
  • Liaise with Despatch Department for final order received from production and feedback to client as and when necessary.
  • To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.

 

Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Diploma or Degree holder

PLANNING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
  • To plan weekly production time table.
  • To prepare all the information of orders for the production department.
  • To keep the Sales & Marketing department informed of order status.
  • Cooperate closely with the Moulding Department to ensure all the orders are working smoothly.
  • To update all the record of the stock in the warehouse, to fulfill the need for the local orders.
  • To train the subordinate in order to be skillful.
  • To upgrade work process to bring in improvement.
  • To hold meeting to find ways to solve problem that may be arisen.
  • To be committed to and co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
  • To complete order by PO instead of WO
Experience & Personal Skills:
  • 1 to 2 years experience
  • Degree in Engineering/QS/Planning/Equivalent
SALES ADMIN OFFICER
Responsibilities
  • To assist the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and plan sales and promotional activities for effective implementation of the Company’s objectives.
  • To monitor and check sales reports and other reports as well.
  • To assist in collection of debts in a timely manner.
  • To motivate sales personnel to achieve the targets set.
  • To ensure timely distribution of the ordered goods.
  • To liaise with customers for sales contracts, orders and reject of goods matter.
  • To supervise all the sales clerks and supervisor under her jurisdiction.
  • To liaise with inter-dept staff.
  • To ensure the administration system in the department is in good manner and order.
  • To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Diploma holder or 3 years experience for Certificate holder or 6 years experience for SPM holder

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
  • To control on overtime, annual leave, medical leave & etc.
  • To monitor attendance.
  • To ensure the physical stocks and the data input to computer is tally or balanced.
  • To arrange daily delivery.
  • To liaise with sub-contractor for additional lorry requires.
  • To make arrangement for lorry inspection.
  • To prepare control on monthly overtime claims, maintenance of lorry claims.
  • To monitor the rejected goods from customers.
  • To analyze whatever discrepancies, might arise due to stocktaking, goods sent to customers and good returned by customer etc.
  • Other jobs which may assign from time to time.
  • To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Diploma holder with 2 years experience / Certificate holder with 3-5 years experience / SPM with 6-8 years experience (preferably in manufacturing environment)
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, communication and leadership
DIE CORRECTOR (EXTRUSION)
Responsibilities
  • Completing the correction and maintenance of extrusion tooling ensuring that it will produce quality extrusions at the desired rate.
  • Monitoring production at the presses to determine flow inconsistencies and die performance to diagnose proper repair requirements.
  • Analyzing initial breakthrough and profile samples to determine the dimensions and corrections required.
  • Die correction experience with extensive knowledge of extrusion press operations, including the capability of differentiating between press variable effects and die & tooling design influences on the finished production extrusions.
  • To ensure Die is correcting according to the shape
  • To monitor dies’ performance
  • Setting the appropriate parameters for each extrusion batch
  • Quality control of the extruded profiles
  • Overseeing of the personnel of the extrusion lines
  • Grouping of the extruded profiles to be forwarded to the ageing ovens
  • To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Minimum SRP/PMR or SPM
  • Possess D, GDL & E class driving license
  • 1 to 2 years working experience in same field
  • Work independently without much supervision
  • Hard working
  • Able to work in shift
FORKLIFT DRIVER (EXTRUSION)
Responsibilities
  • Stop the forklift at the safe place.
  • Transporting material system must be check and ensure fork is above the grand while moving.
  • If not able to use the forklift, park the forklift behind the Guard Room and leave the key there.
  • Other jobs which may be assigned from time to time
  • To ensure the well keeping of the forklift.
  • To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Minimum SRP/PMR or SPM
  • Experience in handling forklift
  • Work independently without much supervision
