Accounts Clerk (GL) (Beranang)
Responsibilities
  • To maintain a master list of journal entries.
  • To record supporting information for all journal entries.
  • To create recurring journal entry templates.
  • To assist in the production of financial statement.
  • To be committed to and co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Minimum SPM with related experience
  • At least 1 year working experience (in general ledger).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Chinese and English language is an essential.
  • Knowledge in PC is essential.
  • Knowledge in MS Office is essential.

General Worker (Beranang)
Responsibilities
  • To perform duties as instructed.

DIE Polisher (Beranang)
Responsibilities
  • To carry out duties as assign by superior from time to time. 
  • To polishes and resurfaces bores and cavities of wire drawing dies to specified size and angles
  • To ensure the dies are clean properly.
  • To inspects worn dies and smoothness of finish.
  • To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
  • To do other jobs assigned from time to time.
Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Possess at least Primary / Secondary School
  • Able to work shift
Credit Control Executive (Beranang)
Responsibilities
  • To ensure the adherence of credit control policy in all new credit term release and minimize exposure of credit risk of the Group.
  • To execute credit control functions by attending credit control meeting, issuing letter of reminders, debit note to charge overdue interest, maintenance of credit file, stamping of FG, release of sales order on-hold.
  • To prepare report to update management on the status of long outstanding debts on fixed interval including sales meeting.
  • To consistently review, maintain and update the AR database and credit worthy.
  • To follow up with branch/sales manager on long outstanding debts.
  • To implement procedures for debts recourse and to ensure immediate rectification action to recover the debts on time.
  • To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Degree holder or Diploma holder with 3 years experience
  • Credit management, debt recovery, legal, credit risk evaluation skills are essential
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent (preferably CIMA).
  • Independent and able to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Self-motivated, possess good analytical skills.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
  • Good in mathematics.
  • Proficient in Chinese and English language is an essential.
  • Advantage will be given to those with experience in costing field and ERP environment.
Sales and Marketing Executive (Beranang and Klang Valley)
Responsibilities
  • To assist in promotion and coordination during participation in exhibition.
  • Act as an auditor on the implementation of ISO for the company.
  • To develop new customers.
  • To handle inquiries and complaints from customers.
  • To ensure outstanding debts to be collected within stipulated terms.
  • To do field visits.
  • To gather market information & competitor activities.
  • To assist the department to achieve the sales target.
  • To provide good service to customers.
  • Monitor customer orders with Planning Department to ensure orders are completed within stipulated dateline and to arrange final delivery with client and Administration Executive.
  • Confirm with Moulding department for completion of new die samples.
  • Liaise with Despatch Department for final order received from production and feedback to client as and when necessary.
  • To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • No working experience also can be considered
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Good interaction with all levels

Marketing Executive (Beranang)
Responsibilities
  • Responsible to assist for the effective implementation of the company’s marketing programme.
  • To work together with Sales Engineer to carry out marketing activities.
  • Liaise with advertising agency.
  • To assist in marketing and promotion of the company’s products and image.
  • Meeting with consultants and architects.
  • To prepare reports, plan and schedules.
  • To control and replenish all the sales promotion kits if necessary.
  • To assist in the sales activities or handle some customers.
  • To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Degree holder or 3 years experience for Diploma holder
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Able to interact with all levels
  • Willing to travel
  • Can work independently without much supervision
