EXPORT MANAGER
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing and developing foreign sales and marketing activities to ensure the achievement of sales and profit target.
  • To review, prepare and process export documentation according to customs regulations laws and procedures
  • Assist in preparing responses to broker/ customs information requests
  • To monitor or trace the location of goods
  • To evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Serve as liaison between customer and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge
  • Provide complex data analysis for logistics planning and volume studies and participate in process/rating improvement efforts
  • Periodic review and update of related Export procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements
  • Report on budgets and cost trends; Identify opportunities for cost reduction
  • Interact with vendors and peers in Operations, Supply Chain, Account Management, Finance and Product
  • Development to optimize systems and procedures
  • To develop and maintain good business relationships with potential prospects in targeted international markets.
  • Identify customer needs, market trends and the competitor’s products, pricing and market approaches, business and economics developments.

PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, controlling and monitoring plant preventive maintenance activities to ensure the machines and equipments are working in good condition and at highest efficiency.
  • Maximizing operation efficiency by focusing on resource utilization and employee training as well as continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining and improving company Quality Management System (ISO 9002) and conduct company internal quality audits with a team of internal auditors.
  • Motivating, counseling and training subordinates to obtain high quality work skills to meet daily operation requirements and to satisfy budgeted levels.
  • Liaise with internal and external supplier for any preventive and breakdown maintenance service.
  • Liaise with internal and external customer for any product quality issues.
  • Responsible for approving subordinates matters such as leave application, issuing purchasing requisition notes for purchasing consumable goods, approving consumable stock request (from store), checking and auditing department-costing report.
  • To plan and co-ordinate the department plant layout, equipment modification, capability planning, method and time study.
  • To provide technical and engineering support for continuous improvement of existing process control, yield optimization and cost effectiveness.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping and promoting safety awareness in the shop floor.
  • Organize and schedule design work, production lead time to meet customer timescale, customer specifications and cost estimates.
  • Ensure all the technical data, method of production and customer specification are communicate to all relevant departments.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • To prepare and analyse company’s financial statements and management reports.
  • To fully in-charge of full set of financial statements complied with the requirement.
  • To prepare and analyse notes to accounts.
  • To coordinate and ensure sub-ledger (AR/AP/FA) updated and close on time.
  • To produce monthly management report and analysis on time.
  • To liaise with necessary parties to ensure timely submission and compliance of accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Canvass for new clients in overseas market, to meet individual budgeted sales target, ensure client delivery lead-time within schedule and follow up with production department on customers orders and explore ideas on promoting company in overseas market.
  • Attend and follow up on existing and new overseas enquiries.
  • Prepare quotations, pro-forma invoices to existing and new customers.
  • Make travel plans to potential overseas media.
  • To source for potential advertisement opportunity in overseas media.
  • Check and verify on documentary collection prepared by Sales Admin Executive.

IT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
  • To control and maintain Business Application system in order to make sure the systems are running smoothly and supporting the company long-term development.
  • Responsible for system development life cycle including application development, implementation and post implementation review.
  • Assist in impact analysis, technical design, quality review and testing of program codes, conduct system integration testing and support user acceptance testing and implementation roll out.
  • Provide technical support on Business Application, ERP handle problem incidents, troubleshooting and change requests till closure.
  • Develops implements and supports interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports.
  • Conducts code reviews to ensure consistency and adherence to coding standards and best practices.

HR EXECUTIVE (RECRUITMENT)
Responsibilities
  • Assist in all aspects of human resource function of the company which include enforcement of HR policies and procedures, coordinate training, employee relation, and provide advice on safety & health matter in accordance to authority requirements, payroll administration in accordance to statutory requirement and employee welfare.
  • Responsible for overall company recruitment matters.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategy to maintain an effective pool of candidates
  • To prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board / newspapers / flyers / colleges / career fair etc
  • Source and sort candidates according to specifications and time-frames established through social media, databases & etc.

  • Understand the recruitment needs and work closely with HR Manager on recruitment activities.

  • To attend to customers’ thru telephone order.
  • To liaise with Finance Department to ensure credit / debit note are issued and provide sales report to Finance Department.
  • Liaise with freight forwarder or Shipping Company for best quote and shipping schedule.
  • Prepare documentary collection for Letter of Credit submission.
  • Prepare confirmation of orders and invoices / DO to customers.
  • Prepare internal purchase orders to Planning Department.
  • To check with Moulding department for completion of new die samples & Despatch Department for final order received from production.
  • Prepare & print out monthly report for outstanding accounts and customer breakdown summary.

FOREMAN CUM SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor the general workers to ensure good performances and appropriately trained for their tasks
  • Assist in the setting up, organisation and store away all test equipment viz. centrifugal blower, propeller fan, water spray system, transducers, DAQ enclosures, connecting cables and air tubes at the proper time
  • To prepare and install the water spray piping, racks and transducer supports for the pre-test and actual tests
  • To provide support during the pre-tests and test operations
  • To keep the site in clean and in good order
  • To ensure a safe environment and working conditions
  • To ensure proper storage and upkeep of all equipment and assets in good condition and working orders

Responsibilities

DIE CORRECTOR (EXTRUSION)
Responsibilities
  • Completing the correction and maintenance of extrusion tooling ensuring that it will produce quality extrusions at the desired rate.
  • Monitoring production at the presses to determine flow inconsistencies and die performance to diagnose proper repair requirements.
  • Analyzing initial breakthrough and profile samples to determine the dimensions and corrections required.
  • Die correction experience with extensive knowledge of extrusion press operations, including the capability of differentiating between press variable effects and die & tooling design influences on the finished production extrusions.
  • To ensure Die is correcting according to the shape
  • To monitor dies’ performance
  • Setting the appropriate parameters for each extrusion batch
  • Quality control of the extruded profiles
  • Overseeing of the personnel of the extrusion lines
  • Grouping of the extruded profiles to be forwarded to the ageing ovens
