WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT (SERI KEMBANGAN)
Responsibilities
  • Move inventory and materials across facilities
  • Pack, stock, organize and rearrange products in warehouse.
  • Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of products.
  • Liaise with sales on deliveries & transport arrangement.
  • Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date.
  • Keep neat and clean warehouse premises.

CREDIT CONTROL EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
  • To ensure the adherence of credit control policy for all credit with firm commitment release to minimize exposure of credit risk for Group level.
  • To execute credit control functions by preparing credit control meeting’s paper and reports, issuing letter of reminders, casting overdue interest, maintenance of credit file, stamping of PG and daily credit control support.
  • To prepare various credit control reports on requisite interval period and distribute to related part.
  • To consistently review, maintain and update debtor’s database and assess credit worthy.
  • To follow up with branch/sales manager on long outstanding debts.
  • To implement procedures for debts recourse and to ensure immediate rectification action to recover the debts on time.
  • To ready daily collection reports for Group level.
  • To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.

 

Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

Responsibilities
  • To work together with Sales Engineer to carry out marketing activities.
  • Liaise with advertising agency.

  • Meeting with consultants and architects.
  • To prepare reports, plan and schedules.
  • To control and replenish all the sales promotion kits if necessary.
  • To assist in the sales activities or handle some customers.

PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, controlling and monitoring plant preventive maintenance activities to ensure the machines and equipments are working in good condition and at highest efficiency.
  • Maximizing operation efficiency by focusing on resource utilization and employee training as well as continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining and improving company Quality Management System (ISO 9002) and conduct company internal quality audits with a team of internal auditors.
  • Motivating, counseling and training subordinates to obtain high quality work skills to meet daily operation requirements and to satisfy budgeted levels.
  • Liaise with internal and external supplier for any preventive and breakdown maintenance service.
  • Liaise with internal and external customer for any product quality issues.
  • Responsible for approving subordinates matters such as leave application, issuing purchasing requisition notes for purchasing consumable goods, approving consumable stock request (from store), checking and auditing department-costing report.
  • To plan and co-ordinate the department plant layout, equipment modification, capability planning, method and time study.
  • To provide technical and engineering support for continuous improvement of existing process control, yield optimization and cost effectiveness.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping and promoting safety awareness in the shop floor.
  • Organize and schedule design work, production lead time to meet customer timescale, customer specifications and cost estimates.
  • Ensure all the technical data, method of production and customer specification are communicate to all relevant departments.

Responsibilities
  • To assist in promotion and coordination during participation in exhibition.
  • Act as an auditor on the implementation of ISO for the company.

  • To ensure outstanding debts to be collected within stipulated terms.
  • To do field visits.
  • To gather market information & competitor activities.

EXPORT SALES EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
  • Canvass for new clients in overseas market, to meet individual budgeted sales target, ensure client delivery lead-time within schedule and follow up with production department on customers orders and explore ideas on promoting company in overseas market.
  • Attend and follow up on existing and new overseas enquiries.
  • Prepare quotations, pro-forma invoices to existing and new customers.
  • Make travel plans to potential overseas media.
  • To source for potential advertisement opportunity in overseas media.
  • Check and verify on documentary collection prepared by Sales Admin Executive.
  • Ensure overseas outstanding debts to be collected within stipulated terms.
  • Monitor customer orders with Planning department to ensure orders are completed within stipulated dateline and to arrange final delivery with client and administration executive.

Responsibilities
  • To control and maintain Business Application system in order to make sure the systems are running smoothly and supporting the company long-term development.
  • Responsible for system development life cycle including application development, implementation and post implementation review.
  • Assist in impact analysis, technical design, quality review and testing of program codes, conduct system integration testing and support user acceptance testing and implementation roll out.
  • Provide technical support on Business Application, ERP handle problem incidents, troubleshooting and change requests till closure.
  • Develops implements and supports interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports.
  • Conducts code reviews to ensure consistency and adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Experience & Personal Skills:

DIE CORRECTOR (EXTRUSION)
Responsibilities
  • Completing the correction and maintenance of extrusion tooling ensuring that it will produce quality extrusions at the desired rate.
  • Monitoring production at the presses to determine flow inconsistencies and die performance to diagnose proper repair requirements.
  • Analyzing initial breakthrough and profile samples to determine the dimensions and corrections required.
  • Die correction experience with extensive knowledge of extrusion press operations, including the capability of differentiating between press variable effects and die & tooling design influences on the finished production extrusions.
  • To ensure Die is correcting according to the shape
  • To monitor dies’ performance
  • Setting the appropriate parameters for each extrusion batch
  • Quality control of the extruded profiles
  • Overseeing of the personnel of the extrusion lines
  • Grouping of the extruded profiles to be forwarded to the ageing ovens
