HR Executive (Payroll)

  Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Industrial and Employee Relations functions including developing, formulating and implementing the company’s HR policies and procedures.

  • To verify attendance registers in proper to ensure employees are paid correctly.

  • To liaise with superior/supervisors and attendance registers are submitted promptly at each pay cut-off.

  • To maintain up-to date confidential files.

  • Administration of payroll & statutory payments.

Export Sales Admin Executive
(Beranang)

  Responsibilities:

  • To maintain sales administration function and to coordinate between customers and various departments as to all orders / enquiries are properly appraised, to coordinate shipping arrangements with external freight forwarders, to ensure internal delivery lead-time within schedule and follow up with production department on customer orders.

  • To maintain daily sales administration functions.

  • Ensuring customer’s orders are processed to meet delivery dateline.

  • To compile & provide to date information to Export Manager / Executives about customer’s order status.

  • To attend to customers’ thru telephone order.

  • To liaise with Finance Department to ensure credit / debit note are issued and provide sales report to Finance Department.

  • Liaise with freight forwarder or Shipping Company for best quote and shipping schedule.

  • Prepare documentary collection for Letter of Credit submission.

  • Prepare confirmation of orders and invoices / DO to customers.

  • Prepare internal purchase orders to Planning Department.

  • To check with Moulding department for completion of new die samples & Despatch Department for final order received from production.

  • Prepare & print out monthly report for outstanding accounts and customer breakdown summary.

Experience & Personal Skills

  • Minimum university graduate or 1-2 years working experience in export environment.

Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities:

  • To sourcing, negotiation and selection of the suppliers for every purchase, to ensure cost and ensure effective purchase to identify user need/requested.

  • To execute & assist Purchasing Executive on Daily Tasks.

  • Sourcing data & information according user required (with or without PR).To get the lowest price or equivalent replacement item for the existing repeat purchase items.

  • To get updated information of new products, services and pricing.

  • Updated the latest price (Plastic, stock item(Die Shop & etc…) into pronto system once received the information from supplier.

  • Place purchase order with suppliers

  • In charge & responsible for purchasing module in pronto system.

  • Responsible to documentation & import shipment status, follow up ETD & ETA with supplier and update internal customer.

  • To monitor outstanding order on hand which at least once a week.

  • To issued PO within 3 working days after receiving full information PRN from user.

  • To resolved all internal customers’ complaints within 2 working days.

  • To assist/guide purchasing clerk when requested/queries. <!--[endif]-->To generate summary of receiving report and notify the in-charge person by email on monthly basis.

  • To counter check completed invoices, shall follow-up invoice that pending for CN/DN.

  • To counter check completed documents (PO,RO,DO, Invoice & etc…) to be forwarded to Finance Department twice a week.

  • Responsible for supplier at least once in every six months. 

  • To assist store to receive in coming goods.

  • To assist account department print & filling variances PO.

  • To assist/answer/explain account queries (GL /Asset/Order);

  • To arrange despatch or collect goods for urgent case.

  • Involve in internal & external audit & prepare audit report.

  • Responsible for quarterly stock take.

Experience & Personal Skills:

  • Fresh graduate or 3 years experience or Diploma holder of similar capacity in a manufacturing environment.

Mechanical

  • To ensure all the machine and mechanical equipment are in good operating condition.

  • To perform necessary modification on the machine wiring to increase the efficiency of the machine.

General
