 Responsibilities:

  • To implement responsibilities related to sales and marketing company’s products for local.

  • To assist in promotion and coordination during participation in exhibition.

  • Act as an auditor on the implementation of ISO for the company.

  • To develop new customers.

  • To handle inquiries and complaints from customers.

  • To ensure outstanding debts to be collected within stipulated terms.

  • To do field visits.

INTERNAL AUDIT CLERK / EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • To execute company-wide audit activities so as to ensure internal control systems are in place, statutory requirements are complied and corporate requirements are met.

  • To ensure all company policies and system are complied by all parties including branches and subsidiaries;

  • To review and assess the adequacy and sufficiency of existing internal control framework;

  • Reengineering internal control to support organisational changes and environment changes;

  • To perform risk based internal audit;

  • To assess and evaluate risk management efforts by management;

  • To review and propose preventive and corrective measures so as to minimise corporate business risk;

  • To improve the quality of financial reporting;

  • To investigate matters on an ad hoc basis;

  • Prepare audit report to management; and

  • Recommendation for further improvement on internal control system.


Experience & Personal Skills:

  • Degree in accountancy, ACCA (Finalist) or its equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in manufacturing

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Possess strong analytical skills and able to work independently

  • Excellent in report writing skills and oral expression

  • Knowledge of ERP System would be an added advantage

EXPORT SALES EXECUTIVE

 Responsibilities:

  • Canvass for new clients in overseas market, to meet individual budgeted sales target, ensure client delivery lead-time within schedule and follow up with production department on customers orders and explore ideas on promoting company in overseas market.

  • Attend and follow up on existing and new overseas enquiries.

  • Prepare quotations, pro-forma invoices to existing and new customers.

  • Make travel plans to potential overseas media.

  • To source for potential advertisement opportunity in overseas media.

  • Check and verify on documentary collection prepared by Sales Admin Executive.

HR EXECUTIVE (RECRUITMENT)

 Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all aspects of human resource function of the company which include enforcement of HR policies and procedures, coordinate training, employee relation, and provide advice on safety & health matter in accordance to authority requirements, payroll administration in accordance to statutory requirement and employee welfare.

  • Responsible for overall company recruitment matters.

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategy to maintain an effective pool of candidates

  • To prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board / newspapers / flyers / colleges / career fair etc

  • Source and sort candidates according to specifications and time-frames established through social media, databases & etc.

  • Responsible for daily human resource administration, which includes coordinating recruitment and resignation procedures, employee welfare and industrial relation.

CREDIT CONTROL EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • To execute and establish control to monitor Group’s exposure on credit to minimum and controllable level (reasonable debtors term as defined by management).

  • To ensure the adherence of credit control policy in all new credit term release and minimize exposure of credit risk of the Group.

  • To execute credit control functions by attending credit control meeting, issuing letter of reminders, debit note to charge overdue interest, maintenance of credit file, stamping of FG, release of sales order on-hold.

  • To prepare report to update management on the status of long outstanding debts on fixed interval including sales meeting.

  • To consistently review, maintain and update the AR database and credit worthy.

  • To follow up with branch/sales manager on long outstanding debts.

  • To implement procedures for debts recourse and to ensure immediate rectification action to recover the debts on time.

  • To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.

Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Degree holder or Diploma holder with 3 years experience

  • Credit management, debt recovery, legal, credit risk evaluation skills are essential

  • Independent and able to interact with all levels of staff.

 Responsibilities:

  • To compute, prepare and check branches & subsidiaries’ financial statements, reconciliation of notes to accounts complete with all supporting accounting records.

  • To compute, prepare and check Branches & Subsidiary’s Financial Statements with complete notes to accounts on time. Closing on 7th of the following month.

  • Daily checking and balances of Branches and Subsidiary’s Trial Balance – all GL tally with sub-ledgers (AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory).

  • Daily checking Branches and Subsidiary’s accounts receivable. Closing AR on 5th of the following month.

  • To enter invoices, check and prepare payment for Branches & Subsidiary’s Account payable inclusive of claims, quit rent, assessment upon due. Closing AP on 5th of the following month.

  • To issue cheques with attached relevant documents for HQ’s AP payment and Creditors’ statements reconciliation.

  • To verify the correctness before activate the Fixed assets. To collect and compile daily collection and debtors ageing report.

  • To enter HQ’s invoices into system with right accounts classification.

  • Daily journal for inter-inventory transfer.

  • To issue Sundry DN/CN, Subsidiaries and Creditors CN/DN.

  • Weekly banks reconciliation.

  • To assist HQ matters – GL journals, Contra Note, Sundries Receipts.

  • To attend Petty Cash claimers, re-imbursement schedule.
