Sales & Marketing Executive (Local / Export Divison)
(Selangor - Beranang, Semenyih)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement responsibilities related to sales and marketing company’s products for local and overseas
  • Seek new clients in overseas markets
  • Meet individual budgeted sales target and ensure client delivery within schedule
  • Work with the production department on customers orders and explore ideas on promoting the organisation in local and overseas markets.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
  • Age below 35 years old
  • Independent and able to develop new clients and markets
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills
  • Proficiency in English is essential

Export Administration Officer
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily sales administration functions.
  • Ensure customer’s orders are processed to meet delivery dateline.
  • Compile and provide to date information to Export Manager / Executives about customer’s order status.
  • Manage telephone orders
  • Liaise with Finance Department to ensure credit / debit note are issued and provide sales report to Finance Department.
  • Liaise with freight forwarder or Shipping Company for best quote and shipping schedule.
  • Prepare documentary collection for Letter of Credit submission.
  • Prepare confirmation of orders and invoices / DO to customers.
  • Prepare internal purchase orders to Planning Department.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

IT Executive
(Selangor - Beranang, Semenyih)

Responsibilities:
 

  • Responsible for system development life cycle including application development, implementation and post implementation review.
  • Assist in impact analysis, technical design, quality review and testing of program codes, conduct system integration testing and support user acceptance testing and implementation roll out. 
  • Provide 2nd level production support, handle problem incidents, troubleshooting and change requests till closure.
  • Establishing and developing relationships across the organization with peers and facilitates the development initiatives.
  • Develops, implements and supports interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports.
  • Conducts code reviews to ensure consistency and adherence to coding standards and best practices  


Requirements:
 
 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Credit Control Officer
(Selangor - Beranang)

Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the adherence of credit control policy in all new credit term releases and minimize exposure of credit risk of the Group.

  • Execute credit control functions by attending credit control meeting, issuing letter of reminders, debit note to charge overdue interest, maintenance of credit file, stamping of FG, release of sales order on-hold.

  • Prepare report to update management on the status of long outstanding debts on fixed interval including sales meeting.

  • Review, maintain and update the AR database and credit worthy.

  • Follow-up with branch/sales manager on long outstanding debts.

  • Implement procedures for debts recourse and to ensure immediate rectification action to recover the debts on time.
Requirements:


  • Degree or Diploma in Banking/Finance/Accounts or equivalent

  • Experience in credit control administration and support would be an added advantage.

  • Self motivated, possess good analytical skills.

  • Able to work with minimum supervision.

  • Able to converse in Chinese & English.

Process Control Technician
(Selangor - Beranang)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform process control activities in order to ensure the output at optimum level and within budgeted level.
  • Develop and control process bath maintenance activities so that product quality can be maintained.
  • Ensure bath chemical concentrations are well controlled and thus produce quality product.
  • Ensure production report is accurate when submit to management.
  • Reporting any machine breakdown to maintenance department and follow-up the progress.
  • Research, analyse and trouble shoot decision to overcome the problems.
  • Ensure the subordinate and workers are working in healthy and safety environment.
  • Take corrective action to reduce rejection and customer complaints.
  • Ensure all equipments and amenities of the factory are being arrange properly, immediate act of reporting breakdown and to propose for purchase when needed.
  • Check current / periodical inspection of the equipments according to schedule.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with 2 years experience / Certificate holder with 3-5 years experience / SPM with 6-8 years experience (preferably in manufacturing environment)
  • Able to work on shift and independently
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, communication and leadership
  • Computer literate
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Mold Designer or Precision Machinist.
