We understand that die and mould is the heart of aluminium extrusion manufacturing.
LB Aluminium Berhad designed all its die/mould in-house and our die shop is equipped with the latest state-of-art facilities including machining centers equipped with computer-aided design and computer aided-manufacturing (CAD-CAM), CNC wire cut and EDM machines capable of producing up to 350 die-mould sets per month.
We are able to manufacture die/mould of various design complexities to meet with our customers exacting requirements. Rigid quality controls are carried out to ensure that the final extruded products meet with customers’ technical specifications and dimensions.
