LB Aluminium Berhad manufactures a wide range of aluminium extrusions that are widely used for finished products like window and doorframes for housing, curtain wall cladding for building and high rises, grilles, ceiling and curtain railing for renovation works.

The Company designed and tested the Albexwall Unitised System which is in accordance with the ASTM standard and has been widely accepted in Malaysia . The system is designed for two or four sided structural glazing.

Sections are interchangeable and the system expandable to produce any combination of glazing configurations to achieve the required architectural concepts. The curtainwall system is recognised as an advanced type of curtainwall cladding with fabrication and glazing generally carried out offsite resulting in minimum onsite time and a high quality finish. Features are:

	Pressure equalised drained joint principles, which ensure superior weathering characteristics.
	Fully supported by LB Aluminium Berhad with full engineering calculations, design and construction details and testing services.
	Simple machining and fabrication techniques, which allow small to medium size fabricators to manufacture.

	Price competitive and capable of being expanded with new dies to meet specific project needs.
	Can be glazed with a large selection of insert options including:
		Monolithic & laminated glass of various thicknesses.
		Opening sashes (with no change of site line).
		Composite panels & solid aluminium panels.
		Granite (subject to specific design).

Doors & Windows

We have a broad range of window & door systems catering to different markets ie. economical system for affordability or performance system for high rises as well as a wide range of aesthetic finishes. In addition, we are capable of manufacturing any systems that a client may require.

We also supply extrusions for the fabrication of rolling shutters, patio doors, awning system as well as for gate railings, fencing and grilles which are gaining in popularity.
